Shipping and Handling

Please note that all orders must ship, only for Collectible, food, wood craft and home decor items, excluding any downloadable itmes, complete. If an item is on back order, the entire order will be held, including overnight and second day air shipments. Once all items are in stock and available, please allow 48 hours – or 2 business days – for us to process any Ground or Second Air shipments before shipping. All orders are shipped Ground unless you choose to upgrade your shipping to second day or overnight delivery. Standard delivery times for Ground vary from 5 to 7 business days, depending on where you are located in relationship to our warehouse. If overnight shipping is selected prior to 12 noon ET, the order will be shipped same day. Orders placed on Fridays for overnight shipping will not be received until the next business day. Express orders placed over the weekend will go out on the first business day. NOTE: We do not ship to any PO or APO addresses.

International Shipment

We cannot accommodate shipments, only for Collectible, food, wood craft and home decor items, excluding any downloadable itmes, to Canada and other international destinations at this time.

Back Orders

We certainly hope to avoid back orders of our products. Should you order an item, only for Collectible, food, wood craft and home decor items, excluding any downloadable itmes, that is placed on back order, however, we will notify you immediately. Please note that all JP Willway LLC orders ship complete. If an item is on back order, the entire order will be held, including next day and second day shipments. Once all items are in stock and available, please allow 48 hours, or 2 business days, for us to process your shipment.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Our order form, only for Collectible, food, wood craft and home decor items, excluding any downloadable itmes, automatically calculates the shipping charges for you based on the selections you choose. Shipping and handling charges are based on a flat fee, which is calculated on the total amount of your purchase before taxes.

Sales Tax

State and local sales tax will be applied to orders shipped, only for Collectible, food, wood craft and home decor items, excluding any downloadable itmes, within NY State. Those taxes will be calculated during order processing and your total order amount will appear only in the order confirmation that will be e-mailed to you. NY state sales tax is 7.25%.

Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, only limited to collectible products please return the item in its original condition within 30 days from product receipt, and we will refund your credit card account for the entire amount, less shipping and handling charges.

Sales

All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Sales Tax

According to the New York State Law and New York State Department of Taxation and Finance of the United States, Customers are responsible for the sales tax once they download the images and/or files into their hard drives, not excluding the print-out of the images and/or files.

For Collectible products, state and local sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within NY State.

Delivery

All products,except Collectible, food, wood craft and home decor items, will be delivered to Customers in downloadable version through e-mail, in computer files format, i.e. .GIF, .JPG, .PDF and/or .PNG files within 3 business days after payment confirmation.  Please refer to Shipping & Return for Collectible items.

Only certain items, as specified on page, will have the line art stencil included in the purchase.  Or additional charge will be required.
Payment

Payment must be made in full before delivery. Method of payment may be in the form of credit card through PayPal.

Collectible Products

Every piece of collectible item is hand-made, except the canvas itself. As such there is a slight difference among all of them. For instance, the completion date showing in the front and at the back and on the certificate will be different from the one displayed on the Site.

All wood items are made out of natural wood. There may be different grains due to different kinds of wood. Plus, there may be split of the wood after certain period of time.

Customers who wish to purchase product(s) from the Site will also be asked to provide their billing and/or delivery (if different from the postal address) address, telephone number and credit card information.

The information we collected from the visitors/customers will be used for data analysis so that we can improve our Site.

When visitors visit our Site, a "cookie" will be stored in your computer. The purpose of using cookies is for the ease of navigation and programming only. You have the choice of not using it.
